One Team is a discussion focused on leadership, with Guest Speaker Carl Liebert. Carl is a former Supply Officer and a Navy Supply Corps Foundation Distinguished Alumnus. This is the second webinar in the Foundation’s Distinguished Alumni Webinar Series.
Carl Liebert is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy (BS) and a member of the U.S. Naval Academy 1987 Elite 8 Basketball team. He was commissioned as a Navy Supply Corps Officer in 1987 and served on active duty until 1992. He earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management. Carl joined American Securities in 2023. He works directly with our portfolio company management teams on the development and implementation of their strategic agendas.
Carl has over three decades of experience leading financial services, retail, real estate, and industrial organizations as CEO, COO, and President among various other roles. Prior to joining American Securities, he was CEO of Keller Williams, the world’s largest real estate franchise. Previously, Carl held the roles of CEO at AutoNation, COO at USAA, CEO at 24 Hour Fitness, Executive Vice President/Head of Stores at Home Depot, and Division President at Circuit City.
