Join us for Tench Francis Wreath Laying Ceremony

We invite you to join us in honoring the legacy of Tench Francis, the Nation’s first Purveyor of Public Supplies and founder of the U.S. Navy Supply Corps. The Tench Francis Wreath Laying Ceremony will take place on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Christ Church Burial Grounds in Philadelphia, PA. CAPT (ret) Joe Dunn, a Foundation Board Director, will be the master of ceremonies and RADM Ken Epps will be the presiding officer. This ceremony is part of the Navy & Nation 250th Birthday Celebration Week and will honor the legacy of the Nation’s First Purveyor of Public Supplies, Tench Francis, commemorate his contributions to warfighter readiness, and promulgate the heritage and history of the U.S. Navy Supply Corps.

How to Participate:
Attend in person: All Supply Corps members, alumni, family, and friends are welcome. Military personnel should wear Service Dress Blues; civilian attire is business dress.
Watch online: The ceremony will be broadcast live via Facebook for those unable to attend.
