In light of the overwhelming positive feedback from the June 2024 Naval Postgraduate School Supply Corps Junior Officer Leadership Development Program, RDML Treanor has the honor of sponsoring two additional programs in 2025.

Date/Time: March 25-26, 2025. Tuesday-Wednesday 0730-1700.
Program: Supply Corps Junior Officer Leadership Development Program I.
Target Audience: O2-O4 Operational SUPPOs
Seats Available: FLC Norfolk Jack Room, 50 seats
Focus: This program will assess your problem-solving style, instruction on effective leadership, asking for and giving feedback, conflict management, and effective communication.
Attire: Business Casual

Date/time: April 29-30, 2025. Tuesday-Wednesday 0730-1700
Program: A new advanced offering. Supply Corps Junior Officer Leadership Development Program II – Advanced Application.
Prerequisite: Attendance at SC JO Leadership Development Program I, June 25-26, 2024 or March 25-26, 2025.
Target Audience: O2-O4 Operational SUPPOs
Seats Available: FLC Norfolk Jack Room, 50 seats
Focus: This program will provide an assessment of your Emotional Intelligence, a leadership style self-assessment, uncertainty in problem solving, and dealing with hard conversations.
Attire: Business Casual
