*** NEW *** Please help support uniforms for Navy Supply Corps Officers and Sailors who were evacuated from Bahrain due to attacks by Iran missiles and drones. Almost all left without uniforms. $500 will cover the cost of one set of Navy Working Uniform Type III. $200 will provide for a pair of Boots. $100 will help purchase a Fleece Jacket/Liner. $50 will help cover t-shirts, socks, and belt with buckle. The Family Aid and Support Team (FAST) provides families of Supply Corps Officers with assistance and support in times of need. We provide a repository of resources for surviving spouses and their families, ranging from continuing education to entitlements and survivor benefits.

Our F.A.S.T. Program provides both a proactive and a responsive approach to mitigating stress during a family crisis due to hardship and loss of a loved one. The Supply Corps Personnel Uniform Support

Imagine being ordered to evacuate your post in minutes, leaving almost everything behind. This is the reality for our Supply Corps shipmates recently evacuated from Bahrain due to attacks by Iran missiles and drones. While we are thankful they are safe after the recent attacks, most of these Officers and Sailors arrived at their next destination with nothing but the clothes on their backs.

The Navy Supply Corps Foundation is stepping in to ensure our personnel are mission-ready once again. The Foundation is providing reimbursement up to $550.00 for one set of Navy Working Uniform Type III (NWUs) purchased by affected personnel using their personal funds. We are asking for your immediate support to help us take care of our shipmates. Your contribution translates directly into readiness for a fellow member of the Supply Corps family.

As a community, we take care of our own. We are asking you to help a fellow Supply Corps member, both Officer and Enlisted, rebuild their sea bag. Whether it is $50 for the basics or $500 to provide one full uniform, your donation today has a direct, personal impact on a Sailor’s life. Let’s show our shipmates that the Supply Corps family stands with them, no matter where they are in the world.

The Navy Gold Star Program

Navy Gold Star is the Navy’s official program for providing long-term support to surviving families of Sailors who pass while on Active Duty.

Navy Gold Star is an inclusive program – regardless of your loved one’s military branch, location, or manner of death. Our commitment to you is that regardless of the branch of service, we will provide you with support and help you locate your branch’s survivor services. Navy Gold Star support coordinators provide dedicated outreach and support when, and for as long as, you desire. Our coordinators are located all over the United States and are ready to help you in any way they can.

Your loved one has given the ultimate sacrifice, and we know that there is nothing we can say or do that will completely comfort you in your loss. There is no greater calling than to serve our nation with honor. We are dedicated to delivering on the promise of taking care of our own by providing support to surviving families. For us, there is no greater duty than to support the families of those who have died in service to our nation.
