SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Scholarship Application Dates:

• Scholarship Application Opening Date:Monday, December 1, 2025
• Scholarship Application Deadline Date:Friday, March 13, 2026

Scholarship Application Instructions:

Step 1: Register for a Foundation Account.  A Foundation Account is required to apply and submit your scholarship application. When registering for a Foundation Account, please choose “Student” when entering both the Rank and Service Status fields.  Use the following link to Register for a Foundation Account:

Step 2: After you have registered and your Foundation Account is activated, logon to your Foundation Account.  You must be logged on to your Foundation Account to apply and submit your scholarship application.  Use the following link to Logon to your Foundation Account:

Step 3: Complete the Scholarship Application Online.  Once logged on to your Foundation Account, you can apply for a scholarship.  Select the “Start Application” link below:

Step 4: Complete and submit your scholarship application by Friday, March 13, 2026.

Step 5: Ensure your transcripts are sent through Parchment or your School.  We will accept transcripts directly from the School or through Parchment.  Transcripts can be sent electronically by Parchment or from the school to Scholarships@NavySupplyCorpsFoundation.org

  We will not accept transcripts directly from applicants.

• Graduating High School Seniors: Official, Certified High School Transcripts.
• College Freshman: Official, Certified Transcripts through the current Fall semester 2025 as well as Sealed, Official, Certified High School Transcripts.
• Other College Students: Official, Certified Transcripts through the current Fall semester 2025.
